Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return any eligible non-live plant items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Please note that live plants, including terrariums, are generally not eligible for return, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Conditions for Return:

  • To ensure a successful return, make sure the eligible items are in their original condition, unless they were damaged during shipping.

  • Please include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories.

Return Shipping:

  • When returning items, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless we have approved otherwise.

  • For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Initiation of Return:

  • If you'd like to initiate a return, simply send us an email at

  • Please include your order number and a brief description of why you're returning the item.


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

  • Please note that the refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping charges.


  • Live plants, including terrariums, typically cannot be returned unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, please reach out to us directly, and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
